Schedule Your Visit

Once you submit the form, our Altadena team reviews it and calls shortly during business hours to confirm your discount and find a date. Scheduling here runs on a seasonal calendar: sweeps and inspections book out fastest in early fall, while cap and repair work fills up ahead of the rainy months, so booking a few weeks early usually gets you first pick of dates. Before you call, have your address, roughly how old the chimney or fireplace is, and any symptoms you have noticed, such as smoke smell or a stuck damper, ready to share. That gets the right technician and parts to your door on the first visit.
